When will it arrive?
3-6 days to your door, anywhere in the world. A tracking link reaches you the moment it ships.
How does it arrive?
Rolled in a rigid tube, never folded. A folded poster has a crease for the rest of its life, and no frame hides that.
What if I do not like it?
Send it back within 30 days and you get your money back. You pay the return postage. Anything that arrives damaged or wrong is on me: send a photo and a new one goes out.
Does it come framed?
Not yet. Every sheet ships rolled in a rigid tube, and every size is a standard A format, so any frame off the shelf fits.
Is the paper heavy enough to hang unframed?
Heavy poster stock. It hangs flat off two strips of tape and it does not curl at the corners.
Can I get a player who is not here?
Ask. Commissions are open and the answer is honest either way. Some moments do not survive this style.

Returns and refunds
30 days from delivery. Send a mail to formhausatelier@gmail.com and you get an address to return it to. Once it arrives back, the money goes out the same way it came in. Return postage is yours; anything damaged, misprinted or wrong is mine, and a replacement ships without you sending the first one back.
